In a speech on Friday in Virginia, President Obama talked about the debts business owners and successful Americans owe the government. Obama argues that the government provides the infrastructure that allows for individuals to be successful. "If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help", Obama said. "If you've got a business, you didn't build that, somebody else made that happen".
These comments by the president have created quite a stir, e...

I don't know about you, but I am eagerly awaiting the Olympic Games. Part of it is because the Olympocs only come every two years, but I really love the fact that the whole world is tuned in and sending their best athletes to compete hoping to make their home country proud. How cool is that.
So, how do you feel about the fact that the U.S. athletes walking in the London opening ceremonies won't be waring clothes made here in the U.S., but instead made in China? Recently, thi...

I was very excited to hear the story on Fox News about the 'Vote 17' movement in Lowell, Massachusetts. As a young American, it has always bothered me how many of my peers do not take advantage of their ability to vote. You would think that this means they don't care about politics. In reality, many of these same people, who do not vote are very vocal about thei...

In a speech last Tuesday before the NAACP, Holder compared the efforts to fight voter fraud to the illegal, unconstitutional poll taxes used throughout the Jim Crow era by segregationist Democrats to keep blacks from voting. What he was referring to was a new Texas law requiring a voter to show a valid photo ID before casting a ballot. While most americans have some form of photo identific...

With the 2012 campaign now underway for President Obama, he understands that raising money is an important aid to getting re-elected. That is exactly why already he has 35 million dollars already funded into his campaign. Most of the money in the campaign already comes from very rich and well off contributors.
While many dismiss this and say that those people must believe in what he believes in, there is more behind it than that. There has to be more behind that money...

The federal anti-gunrunning program that is known as “Operation Fast and Furious” got out of control in November 2009. So much in fact that it appeared the U.S. government was "arming for war" the Sinaloa Cartel single handedly, documents show. Those shocking allegations are revealed in the latest congressional report investigating the operation.
Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives say guns sold under the program took only 24 hour...

Amidst our countries debt ceiling crisis, there have been many lies given to the public. Those who are uneducated in the topic will feel obligated to trust the President since you would think he knows what he is saying. Truth is, he probably understands how our economy works, but to get what he wants he and the democrats partake in what House Speaker Boehner calls “sniping politics”.
The biggest idea that they are dragging over our head is that the only way tha...
